Resources – Key to the Riches
 

This section will help you to understand the identity of a Catholic school and find resources to help you implement it in your school.  Each part contains general descriptions of different aspects of a Catholic school, along with quotations from respected authors, suggestions for further reading and links to valuable resources.

The Chapel discusses the role of the liturgy, the life of faith and the character of the school community.

The Curriculum is discussed in the parts devoted to the Trivium, the Quadrivium, the Natural Sciences and Catholic Culture.

The Institute for Catholic Liberal Education exists to give Catholic educators  “a clear realization of the identity of a Catholic school and the courage to follow all the consequences of its uniqueness.”  (Sacred Congregation for Education, The Catholic School, n.67)
