The Spirit & Craft of Teaching in the Catholic Liberal Arts Tradition

In collaboration with the School of Education at Aquinas College, this one-week teacher training program will introduce new teachers with liberal arts backgrounds to the understanding and practice of teaching as they prepare for the daily demands of school life. The program will also be helpful to experienced teachers who are new to Catholic liberal arts education. The program will be led by Ms. Mary Pat Donoghue, ICLE’s Director of School Services, Dr. Jake Noland, Supervising Instructor at St. Thomas More Academy in Raleigh, NC., and Sr. Mary Anne Zuberbueler, Dean of the School of Education at Aquinas College.
Space is limited to 30 total participants.

Please note: Registration includes a shared double room at Aquinas College. Single rooms can be requested and will be honored as best we can. Halls are single-sex so married couples may want to find other lodging. Linens & toiletries provided.
On-site registration opens at 3:00 p.m. Monday; the program opens after dinner. The program ends with lunch on Friday.
